Privacy Policy

Effective July 2026. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we sell nothing.

What we collect

• Your email address — only if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. We store it with our email provider (MailerLite) and use it solely to send you the updates you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from future sends.
• Your space profile — the answers you give about your property live in your own browser (localStorage). They are sent to our server only when you ask for a money map or launch plan, where they are passed to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your results. We do not keep a database of profiles.
• Basic request data — like most websites, our server sees your IP address, which we use in memory for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not build profiles from it.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We do not run third-party ad trackers.
• We do not set cookies for tracking purposes.

Some links to listing platforms are affiliate links. If you click one, the destination site may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We may earn a commission on signups, at no cost to you.

Third-party services we rely on

Render (hosting), Anthropic (AI generation), MailerLite (email), and Cloudflare (DNS). Each processes only the data needed to do its job.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in any message, or contact us to have your email removed entirely. Clearing your browser storage removes your local space profile.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the effective date above.
